Highlight: | Taper Roller Bearing 25877 25821,Customized Taper Roller Bearing |
25877/21 Tapered Roller Bearings consist of a single piece cone made up of the rollers and cage assembly. This part of the bearing is detachable and can be paired with a cup, the cone assembly is narrower in one end and the races are built with one side narrower as well to match the rollers. This design makes this bearing capable of supporting heavy loads in both axial and radial directions. Our 25877 Tapered Roller Bearings are ideal for environments where high speed and heavy loads occur, and low friction is needed.
A tapered roller bearing is a unit that consists of both tapered raceways (inner and outer rings), and tapered rollers. The construction is intended for combination loads, such as dual acting axial and radial loads.

Correct method of bearing installation
When press-fitting a bearing using a manual press or the like, it is first necessary to calculate the pressing-in force based on the interference between the shaft and the inner ring (a hydraulic press with an operating pressure greater than the required pressure must be used). Then, when pressing in the inner ring, use the inner ring pressing tool to firmly press it into the shaft shoulder (do not apply force to the outer ring). After pressing in, measure the accuracy of each part of the bearing to confirm whether it is indeed installed on the shaft. In addition, when using multi-row bearings in combination, the runout should be measured after assembly to correct the axis deviation between the outer rings.
